Last few places remaining on London workshops

Recent workshops at our London venue, The Wesley, have proved very popular with several of them running at full capacity. There are just three workshops left in this year's programme running at The Wesley with places still available. Pimperne Neighbourhood Plan recommended for Referendum

The examination of the Pimperne Neighbourhood Plan, submitted to TRA by North Dorset District Council, was completed in October. Examiner Terry Kemmann-Lane concluded that subject to a number of modifications the Plan meets the "basic conditions" and other legal tests required. Council Members recently considered his report and suggested modifications and decided that a referendum will be held on the amended Plan in January 2019.

Outlining the appeals process for officers in Cheshire West and Chester

TRA recently delivered the second of three in-house workshops commissioned by Cheshire West and Chester Council. The latest session provided An Introduction to the Appeals Process and followed a successful session on The Use of Conditions. The final session in the training series, The Enforcement Toolkit and advice on dealing with Adverts, is scheduled to run in mid-November.
