Certificated programme in Enforcement sees a further 8 graduates

During 2016, a further eight students were awarded their certificate after successfully completing TRA's Certificated Course in Planning Enforcement. Congratulations to them all on their hard work and achievements.

Examiner recommends North Dorset CIL Schedule for approval

North Dorset District Council submitted its Draft CIL Schedule to TRA on 12 October 2016 and appointed Terrence Kemmann-Lane as the Examiner. Following a Hearing in late November, the Examination was concluded on December 2016, with the Examiner recommending that the proposed charging schedule should be approved subject to one modification.


2017-18 training programme for planners in Scotland now published

The 2017-18 programme of workshops for planning and development practitioners in Scotland is now available on our website, where you can download leaflets for individual events and make bookings using our new online booking system.


TRA retains Worcestershire training commission for 2017

TRA has once again been commissioned by the Worcestershire Planning Officers Group (WPOG) to prepare and deliver a bespoke programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions aimed at planning officers across the county.
