TRA regards support staff in planning - administrative staff, clerical staff, receptionists, technicians etc - as a vital part of the service. For many years we have focused on the specific training needs of these staff.

As well as a large number of inter-authority training events, we also offer all our workshops for planning support staff on an in-house basis.

Several of the workshops/topics listed below may appear to be similar, however, the content is dealt with in various ways and in varying amounts of detail. We therefore recommend that you look at the detail of each session in order to see which might best suit your requirements.
