With modern public sector offices in the heart of Loughborough, we are looking for a motivated and experienced planning professional to assist the Team Leader Development Management in the delivery of development management services in our two area teams. The role involves the supervision and mentoring of staff and overseeing their learning and development. You will also be responsible for determining major, complex minor applications, overseeing householder and other planning applications, including their validation.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally a current Principal Planner, however we will consider and support Senior Planners with good experience that are looking for that next step up in their career.
You will be a qualified planner and a member of the RTPI. You will have substantial recent experience of development management, dealing with more complex planning applications and appeals.
