Salary: G6 - G8 £21,074.00 to £29,909.00 per annum + benefits
Hours: Full time 37.0 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an ambitious individual who is interested in furthering their Planning career in Local Government and able to help us to deliver a high quality Development Management service.
Candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the ability and/or experience to progress through the grades, can demonstrate a sound understanding and application of planning policy and legislation, and can demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be able to case manage and coordinate a range of short to medium term planning submissions and projects to meet deadlines. The main responsibilities for the post are set out in the Job Specification. Good IT skills, accurate record keeping, being outcome focused having effective communication skills and having a full, clean driving licence, are essential requirements of the post.
