Together, TRA's management and staff team have worked for the company for a total of more than 60 years and their combined experience is one of TRA's key strengths.

Penny O'Shea - Principal Director

Penny has executive responsibility for the management and day-to-day operation of TRA. She also co-ordinates TRA's marketing and promotion and handles initial client contact in relation to consultancy and other non-training assignments.

Karen Parkes - Training Event Co-ordinator

Karen deals with most aspects of inter-authority training administration, bookings, invoices, venue liaison etc, and co-ordinates the Certificated Course in Planning Enforcement.

Cheryl Howarth - Senior Administrator

Cheryl handles day-to-day marketing and promotion, looks after our training material, and handles accounts and purchasing.

Angela Holmes - Training & Consultancy Co-ordinator

Angela co-ordinates our in-house training services, including dealing with initial enquiries and handling the administration and client liaison for in-house workshops. She also provides support for consultancy assignments.
