Hot off the press - advance details of the programme for this year's Forum on Enforcement are now available. We are currently finalising the detailed leaflet for the event and this will be available in due course, but in the meantime - as we know many delegates like to book early for this annual event - here are the basics.
FORUM ON ENFORCEMENT - 3 OCTOBER 2019 - MANCHESTER
The Forum will open and close on a legal theme with a Legal Update from Izindi Visagie of Ivy Legal to kick the day off and a final presentation from Scott Stemp, Barrister at No5 Chambers (topic TBC).
In between, delegates will be able to attend two out of the three parallel sessions, covering
- Listed Building Enforcement - Ron Goodyer, Planning Enforcement Officer, Stratford on Avon DC
- Negotiating Skills - Chris Weetman, Independent Planning Consultant and TRA Associate
- Direct Action - Tom Wicks, Enforcement Services.
The Forum will be chaired by Dave McGowan, Head of Development Management at the Lake District National Park Authority.
