Coronavirus - update on TRA operations

As of Thursday 19 March, all TRA staff have switched to working from home and our office is effectively closed until further notice. This move has been made in light of recent recommendations from the government and to protect the safety of our staff and the wider public.  However, we are well-equipped for remote working and we remain at your disposal.

Please note that our telephone calls are not being forwarded so if you want to contact us please do so by email, either to your usual contact or to our general address, mail@tra-ltd.co.uk. We will also provide updates on any changes to our operations on the homepage of our website.  

Unfortunately, the main focus of our business - providing interactive, face-to-face training - doesn't easily translate into the virtual world.  So we've taken the decision, in conjunction with our clients and venues, to postpone the vast majority of the training sessions we had scheduled over the next few months. Our clients have all been made aware and most have already agreed new dates later in the year.  Our inter-authority programme has also been amended slightly and this can be viewed on our website.

Despite this, we are still able to deal with any enquiries for future in-house training and would welcome bookings on our inter-authority events running from September onwards. If you are interested in examinations for Neighbourhood Plans or CIL Schedules we are intending to continue with these services so please contact Penny O'Shea via penny@tra-ltd.co.uk to discuss your requirements. Our free Planning Jobs Board service will also continue to operate.
