Considering Climate Change for New Communities
Inter-Authority Training

Introduced to the programme in April 2019, this conference is organised by TRA in partnership with Hyas Associates, a multi-disciplinary practice of senior professionals with extensive experience of planning for and delivering all aspects of large scale, residential-led sites.

The first event combined the latest thinking on the delivery of new communities, garden settlements and urban extensions, providing practical examples of exciting schemes that are emerging across the country - ideal for anyone involved in planning for the delivery of a major new residential development. Comments from some of those who attended can be seen below.

This year's conference will take place on 3 November 2020 and will focus on Considering Climate Change for New Communities. Once again the agenda will feature excellent speakers with practical experience at both a national and local level.

Further details will be posted here once they have been finalised during Summer 2020.

Comments From Previous Attendees

Good level of detail and practical examples. Good range of speakers from across industry – liked mix of public, private sector and government. Right length of presentation for each speaker kept it interesting and not too detailed.
